Mount Shasta Opal is an opaque white to off white common Opal, often with dark blue/black dendritic inclusions, found in the area close to Mount Shasta which is part of the Cascade Range in Siskiyou, California, USA that form part of the ‘Ring of Fire’ chain of volcanoes. Mount Shasta has a long history of being a ‘sacred’ mountain and is said to be one of the ‘power centres’ of our planet. The whole surrounding area has a ‘special’ energy with which this otherwise common stone is imbued. The frequency of Mount Shasta Opal connects to the crown and base chakras helping one to integrate higher energies into one’s physical vehicle. This helps one to become more emotionally balanced as one is able to have greater understanding of one’s life’s experiences and look upon them as being part of one’s growth. Shipping on all items across the shop to the UK is FREE and for overseas customers the shipping is £9.00 no matter how big the order with tracking. The INTERNATIONAL TRACKED & SIGNED service will be used on all orders where applicable unless we are notified prior to the order being sent out, the buyer is responsible for letting us know any changes and we can be messaged through the Etsy Messaging Service. All orders are posted through Royal Mail and I always obtain proof of posting as a norm.

Returns and exchange details
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item whether you have changed your mind or the item is faulty or not as described. The purchase must be returned in the same manner it was posted with the orginial packaging if applicable.
Return postage is payable by the customer if you simply change your mind or if the item is faulty etc then we will pay the return postage. Once returned and checked that the purchase is in the same condition it was posted then a full refund on the purchase price minus the shipping costs will be actioned within 7 days of receipt. If you are eligible for the return postage reimbursement it will be refunded at the same time.
